Migrating to CHAIR
Switching from Treatwell
Two exports from Treatwell get you set up: your clients and your services. Some platforms let you download directly. Others route the request through their support team and can take a working day to arrive. Either way, the steps below are the current path.
Export your clients
Names, emails, phone numbers. CHAIR will read the file you download.
Sign in to Treatwell Connect on desktop
The professional dashboard. The export option is not in the consumer Treatwell site.
Open Clients
From the main menu.
Click Export
If the Export button is visible, choose CSV and the file downloads to your computer.
If you do not see the Export button, email partner support
The self-serve button has rolled out unevenly across the Connect and Pro (former Salonized) lineage. Partner support will send the file, typically within one working day.
Bring your services across
Service names, prices, and durations.
Open Services and Pricing inside Treatwell Connect
You will see your full service menu.
Screenshot or copy each service
Treatwell does not provide a CSV export for the services list (only Products and Transactions have exports). Capture name, duration, and price for each.
Use CHAIR's service wizard to rebuild quickly
Common services for your trade come pre-filled. You only tweak prices.
Heads up: If you also sell retail products through Treatwell, those have a separate CSV export under Warehouse, then Products, then Download full product list. Useful if you stock retail.
