Migrating to CHAIR
Switching from Booksy
Two exports from Booksy get you set up: your clients and your services. Some platforms let you download directly. Others route the request through their support team and can take a working day to arrive. Either way, the steps below are the current path.
Export your clients
Names, emails, phone numbers. CHAIR will read the file you download.
Open Booksy Biz
Either the web app or the desktop app works.
Click the help icon, then Support
The "?" icon lives in the left menu. Open it and start a Support chat. Booksy does not currently offer a self-serve export button in the Customers screen.
Ask the agent for your client list
Request an Excel or CSV export of your client list. The agent delivers the file via the chat session, usually within a few minutes during working hours.
Email fallback
If chat is unavailable, email [email protected] (US) or your regional Booksy support address with the same request.
Bring your services across
Service names, prices, and durations.
Open Services in your Booksy dashboard
You will see your catalogue grouped by category.
Screenshot or copy each service
Booksy has no self-serve services export today. Screenshot each category page, or open a spreadsheet and copy across name, price, and duration.
CHAIR's service wizard will speed this up
Our quick-setup gives you common services pre-filled for your trade. You only edit prices, you do not have to retype every service.
Heads up: Booksy support handles the client export by chat or email rather than offering a button. Allow up to a working day if you request out of hours.
